Why not visit the theatre and collect your tickets in person. Our friendly ticket sales team will be able to assist you. The box office is open 7 days a week between 10am – 7.30pm on Show days, Non Show days 10am-7.00pm. Sundays and Bank Holidays 12 noon-5.00pm and 12 noon-7.30pm on Show days.

Clearly state how many tickets you require and for which performance. Please remember to include your email and/or telephone number as tickets are subject to availability and include 80p for postage.

HOW TO PAY
We accept all major credit cards, cash, cheques with a cheque guarantee card and Lincoln Theatre Royal Vouchers.
BOOKING FEES
There is a booking fee of 50p per ticket when paying with card or cheque and £1.50 per ticket for all online sales but includes postage cost if booked 7 days in advance of performance.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
The Theatre Royal holds a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend a fully booked performance that has a waiting list we will attempt to resell your ticket for a handling charge of £2.00.

> Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged once purchased
> Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the theatre
> Only food and drink purchased in the theatre or Theatre Royal cafe can be consumed within the venue
> Due to fire regulations, all patrons including babes in arms must have a valid ticket before entering the auditorium
> The Management reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and to take any appropriate action that may be required to enforce such a request
> Latecomers will not be admitted until the interval or until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may be required to occupy alternative seats
> The Management may alter or vary the programme without consultation or compensation. Any cast member unable to perform will be replaced by an appropriate understudy. Refunds will not be possible
> If the performance is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the management, the Theatre Royal will not be liable for compensation whatsoever, other than a possible percentage or maximum refund of the value of the ticket to the ticket holder
> Information and prices in this brochure were correct at the time of going to press. Please check all details when booking your tickets.
> Family ticket comprises of two adults and two children aged 12 or under.
